How do I copy an SQL database with users, procedures, and everthing in MS SQL 2000? - sql database synchronization
Please help, can I copy a SQL database users, processes, and everthing in Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The assistant can only backup copies between machines, I copy the database on the same machine. Note that I can not detach the database.

Normally, you can copy the file. MDF y. LDF Directory data in another instance, then connect to Enterprise Manager.
If you use the same instance, they have to change the name. I do not know if that might work, but you can try ...

No work, no name change. The original name of the database are contained in the file.
You can develop, however, use Enterprise Manager to copy a database in the same instance. Use the "All Tasks-> Export Data Wizard - which enables the creation of new and copies of options for all objects. Works for me anyway ...
